I like that it is 10 mins away from the Phoenix aSky Harbor airport. I booked 1 room with 2 queen sized beds. When we got there, check-in was fast and easy. They give you options what floor do you want to stay. We picked first so luggages won’t be a hassle. The room and bathrooms were perfectly clean. Plus points because the inn was evidently PWD-friendly. Beside the bathroom tub, it has a handle so you can hold on to it. They have 24 hr swimming pool and I also saw their mini gym being thoroughly cleaned by the staff. They have free and unlimited ice. Perfect to beat the awful heat in Phoenix. They also sell mini snacks and drinks. All staff were hardworking and approachable. They charge your credit card with extra $20 more or less for incident fee but they will return it if you did not damage of steal any of their things once you checked out.

All the staff was and is amazing ..had some all the sudden changes and the staff accommodated perfectly ... Thank you ... We took the shuttle and my husband and out great niece was able to come with me to see me off and was able to be picked back up and returned to the hotel to have some breakfast ...

Very standard hotel. Nice features, 24-hour pool, free breakfast, and free shuttle to the airport. They even offer 2 pm checkout if you're a rewards member and you can sign up for free. and there's a Hilton next door with a restaurant and bar. AND THE BED WAS SO COMFY. did not want to get up.

Friendly staff with excellent communication- when the pool are was going to be closed the next day, we were instructed to use the amenities next door with good instruction. Wonderful breakfast Onsite outdoor pool/hot tub Clean- aside from the hot tub Fresh ground coffee

My family and I thought the beds were very comfortable. The shower was very clean, and the morning coffee was amazing! The check in process was smooth. I would stay there again if I have an early morning flight.
